North Amityville, NY (77WABC)-A 30-year-old woman inside her house was hit in her leg by gunfire during a drive-by shooting in North Amityville last night.
Suffolk County Police say the woman was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the woman was shot while inside of 6 Benjoe Drive shortly after 10 PM.
So far, no arrests.
The shooting remains under investigation by officers from Suffolk County’s First Precinct.
