PORT JEFFERSON, NY (77WABC) — A 26-year-old Freeport man was shot twice after leaving a party at 95 Pine St. in Port Jefferson station.
Following a 9-1-1 call, officers found Angel Bermudez in the backyard of the Pine Street location, with two gunshot wounds late Tuesday night. He was taken to a local hospital in serious but stable condition.
Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating.
