New York (77WABC) – The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a shooting near the 9th Precinct in Manhattan’s Lower East Side Monday night.
On August 9 around 11 p.m., the shooter approached another man in front Ace Bar, located at 531 East 5th Street. The shooter proceeded fired the weapon once, shattering the glass of the front of the bar. The victim that was shot at fled and did not meet with police.
