New York (77WABC) – The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office is asking New York Attorney General Letitia James for materials from the sexual assault investigation into Governor Andrew Cuomo, because some of the alleged conduct occurred in Westchester County.

“I believe it is appropriate for my Office to conduct a further inquiry to determine if any of the reported conduct that is alleged to have occurred in Westchester County is criminal in nature,” Rocah writes. “I am writing to formally request any investigative materials, including interview transcripts, notes, or reports pertaining to Trooper #1.”
She adds if there is any other conduct that is alleged to have occurred in Westchester County her office would like information on that too.
The Manhattan and Nassau County District Attorneys are also looking to conduct similar inquiries.
