New York, NY (77WABC)-Police say the person seen in the photo attached to this post is wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide of a 31-year-old .
At 2:35 in the morning on Monday, June 21st, 31-year-old Tamel Jackson-Breland of Middletown, NY was brought to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem by private means with gunshot wounds to his back. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital shortly thereafter.
A further investigation revealed the victim was shot earlier in front of 230 West 140 Street in NYC.
There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
