Man-Jerks-off-on-10-Year-Old-Feet
New York, NY (77WABC) — NYPD Special Victim’s Unit detectives are searching for a man who they believe masturbated on a 10-year-old girl, inside of her apartment.
The NYPD releasing surveillance video of the suspect on Wednesday afternoon — hoping someone will recognize the man they believe is responsible. Police say on Saturday, at around 1 in the morning, the 10-year-old girl woke up to a man rubbing his penis on her feet, while she slept in her room.
Cops say the crime happened in the area of Broadway and Bond Street in NOHO.
Detectives describe the suspect as a dark-skinned man, with a medium build and was last seen wearing a multi-colored t-shirt, black jeans, white sneakers, and a white mask. Investigators say he also has dreadlocks.
The surveillance video police obtained from a nearby business on Bleeker Street, shows the suspect riding a bicycle.
According to the latest statistics by the NYPD, sex crimes over the last month this year — compared to last — are up 16-percent. Overall sex crimes throughout the five boroughs are up 25% this year during this time period, compared to last year.
