Belmont
Brooklyn, NY (77WABC)-Police were called to an apartment at 909 Belmont Ave at approximately 3:42 in the morning Thursday on a report of an unconscious and unresponsive male infant.
Emergency Medical Services rushed the infant to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police say the infant, identified as Deion Myers showed no obvious signs of trauma.
It is unclear who called 9-1-1 or who was inside of the apartment at the time when police arrived.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing.
