Manhattan, NY (77WABC)-The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force has arrested a suspect believed responsible for Tuesday’s attack in which a 48-year-old Asian man was told
“go back to your country,” before Lloyd Revell allegedly repeatedly punched the victim in his face and bit two of the victims fingers causing his middle finger to be severed.
Police say Revell , of 725 10th Ave. in Manhattan, is charged with assault as a hate crime, following the attack at West 43rd St. and 11th Avenue.

The injured man was taken by EMS to Mt. Sinai West where he was treated for lacerations to his forehead, a severed fingertip,
and swelling to his eye.
