Rosebank, NY (77WABC)-Video from CitizenApp shows flames and smoke shooting from the third floor of an apartment building on Narrows Road North on Staten Island.
The fire broke out shortly before 7 a.m. this morning injuring at least two people. Injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
The FDNY tweeted the fire was declared under control before 8 a.m.:
