PITKIN
BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn (WABC) -Two people were shot at Pitkin Seafood at 1670 Pitkin Ave. in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn by a gunman who remains at large. Police say a 28-year-old man was shot in his foot while leaving the restaurant. A 28-year-old woman was grazed in her arm outside of the establishment.
Both victims were taken by EMS to Brookdale Hospital. Their names have not been released.
The shooting happened Monday just before 5:30 pm.
The NYPD says the gunman fled northbound on Chester St. Police say it is unclear whether he fled to an awaiting vehicle or continued on foot.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
