frontier jewish couple mask
Are mask mandates going too far?
NEW YORK CITY (77WABC) – A Hasidic couple and their baby were forced to leave a LaGuardia airport bound flight from Miami on Frontier Airlines Sunday night because their 18 month old refused to wear a mask. In several twitter videos, you can hear the mother saying that she took a mask off the baby to feed him but then the baby refused to put the mask on.
The CDC as well as the airline’s own policy dictates that children under the age of 2 should not be wearing a mask. There are now allegations that the couple was targeted because they are ultra orthodox Jewish.
See video of the incident below.
Disturbing incident the last hour on a @FlyFrontier flight as staff told a Hasidic couple to get off because their 18 month old had no mask. Applause is heard as the couple started leaving. Travels say on camera that the applause came from staff who also cheered that “we did it.” pic.twitter.com/rA2JQmI1tU
