NEW JERSEY (77 WABC) – New Jersey health officials confirmed 19 more positive tests for coronavirus.  This now brings the statewide total up to 69.

Governor Murphy delivered a telephone briefing to reporters with the latest on the ongoing outbreak of the virus.  He ensured that the state is doing everything they can “to get ahead of this challenge”.

A long-term shutdown of schools is still likely for the state.  It was announced Saturday morning that municipal court sessions will be suspended for two weeks.
